A new addition to the Darsalon franchise
Moons of Darsalon is a single-player action game that puts you into the role of a rescuer whose mission is to save your colleagues and transfer them to the nearest base station. This game is the newest addition to the Darsalon game series after Pilots of Darsalon was released. Developed by Dr. Kuchol Games, it’s available on PC and gaming consoles.
Moons of Darsalon works similarly to Vampire Survivors, Hollow Knight, Animal Well, and UFO 50 — which gives players a casual retro platformer gameplay experience. Here, your laser gun and your jet will be your main weapon to fight off enemies.
Rescue and protect your colleagues from danger
Moons of Darsalon’s story begins when a group of darsanauts who were sent for a mining mission on the various moons of the planet Darsalon got lost in their way. In this game, you’ll step into the role of a hero or a rescuer of your colleagues. You must complete the rescue effort for your colleagues and take them to the closest base station.
To do this successfully, you must defeat enemies on your journey using your laser gun and your jet pack. As well as taking down terrains that block your way, creating new paths for your colleagues using the ground maker, and taking control of pilot ground and air vehicles. Players must do everything to protect and ensure the safety of the darsanauts from enemies.
For you to go to the next level, you must rescue at least a minimum number of your colleagues. The game also features an advanced platformer AI that detects terrains and calculates jump force, light sensitivity, and inter-NPC communication. Here, you are the leader of the darsanauts and they need to follow your commands. However, as the game focuses on rescuing darsanauts, it doesn’t offer a character development feature.
A must-try action-platformer for Darsalon fans
If you’re into action-platformer games, Moons of Darsalon is a must-try game. For fans of Pilots of Darsalon, this game offers a new mission that you must accomplish — rescuing your colleagues — a group of darsanauts that got lost during their mission. Here, you’ll have on your hands a laser gun, a jet, a ground maker, and ground and air vehicles that you can use to ensure the safety of your colleagues and defeat enemies.
